      I head that when an employee gives a two week notice, you immediately fire them, cut them off from their insurance and don't pay them out for their two weeks. Fair treatment of employees is a must in the current atmosphere of today's business society. Business can no longer afford to abuse employees when they are trying to treat you fairly.

      Local office is good, but main office in Lima wouldn't back me up on a Fraudulent charge, also the wouldn't approve me for remote deposit via smartphone. No adequate explanations where given.
