      I was told that they don't have a showroom of their fence for me to view. Also, they only do the estimate if they will install the fence. So, they literally told me to go to another fence company. Every last one of you should be ashamed of yourselves. This place needs to be shut down. You're horrible and unprofessional.

Unfortunately we do not sell our products to the general public. Our sales consultants come to your house to measure your property, show you samples of everything we install and give you a free estimate for a beautiful new fence for your home. Sometimes the best customer service we can offer is to send a customer to someone who can provide the service they are looking for. Even if that isn’t us.       SECOND UPDATE, took them to small claims court and won. Now Johnson claims that he sold the company, after I announced I was suing. People read real reviews, not the ones from their page. They refuse to refund your money, they might do that to more people. UPDATE: when our lawyer told them we would take them to court, they changed the name of the company.These people kept our money and did not install anything. They even stalled the BBB asking them to respond to the complaints. In their website they show all positive reviews from OTHER STATES, not their franchise. We will take them to court to get our money for no service rendered because the owner is hiding and manager who told us she would look at the numbers for our refund, a month and a half ago lies to cover. Dishonesty buys them only bad publicity, that is what they will be getting in our area. LOOK AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU RATINGS BECAUSE THE SITE THEY SHOW IN THEIR PAGE IS ONE THEY DO NOT ALLOW BAD REVIEWS.
