They all went to bat for us to get the lowest refi fees we could find anywhere and an interest rate under 3% on a 30 year loan! Still in shock. It saved me 25% off my current monthly mortgage rate just by doing a refi! Took about 2-3 weeks from the first conversation all the way to closing and signing the papers. Carmen and Karen are extremely knowledgeable and I highly highly recommend! You are in safe hands. Looking at buying a new home and will certainly be using Superiors best realtor Karen Feldman.
