  I just left there where I purchased my first gun and Jennifer was the best!!!! If I could have given her a bonus I would because I didn't tell her but I had just left another well known store and they made me feel like nothing. She welcome me with a smile and she knew about the gun selection. I was so happy so if you are looking for a gun or anything please go to Superior Pawn where they treat you like a person!!! Thank you team and Jennifer I'm giving you a 10++++++++++ for your customer service and smile!!!!

  Mediocre at best. Range is hot (no ventilation), really close lanes I’m talking elbow to elbow, and ammo is over priced (5.7x28 they wanted 79$ when basspro has the same box for 37$). However it’s only 10$ per lane per hour so you get what you pay for. On days I don’t feel like traveling far this range adequate.

  THIS SHOP SEEMS TO BE OUT FOR YOUR MONEY I spent about 700$ here and was denied the purchase of a firearm. They kept all of the money and and refused to give me what I had paid back. The Consumer Bill Of Rights states that we the consumers have the right to be informed, the right to choose, and the right to safety. This buisness did not inform me of "hidden policies" such as a 200$ restocking fee until I asked for a refund (when it never even left their hands.) The firearm never left your side of the counter. And It stayed in your inventory. I'm considering taking this up legally. Had I known this, i would have reconsidered the purchase. I was also charged for two background checks. One over a week ago and one today. Why was I only notified today (after I paying the rest for the item I was denied) if the original background i paid for was actually ran, none of this would have happened. Very unprofessional buisness. However, I would like to reconsider this oppinion and do buisness with this shop if the issues can be resolved. I would just like what I paid back.

  Hello JB. I’m sorry that you had a bad experience. Our policy with a firearm denial is that the customer is subject to a $200 restocking fee, or they can have their total amount in store credit. The reason for the restocking fee is because we may have to go to court for a denial. We do have the $200 restocking fee posted in multiple places on our store. We are not allowed to run a background check prior to the sale being completed. Please call the store on Tuesday and ask to speak to a manager so we can discuss your situation.
