This little gym has helped me out of the gym so many times and have even took an item in from me on pawn although they generally didn't take this particular type of item Ean in good faith still helped me out. He said they were simply loaning me the money but had no interest in trying to sell it. Now what are the pawn shop do you know and tell him to do that. Besides their courteous and always friendly service they have a great selection there they seem to turn their products fairly quickly meaning they have new stuff on shelf quite often and have always been able to match or beat anyone else's price for me in fact they gave me $40 more on my JBL boombox then two other places were willing to give me for the exact same speaker. Thanks guys you rock and I'm sure I'll see you soon.

I've done a lot of business with this franchise in both this location and Chandler. I lost my paperwork on a pistol I had on layaway. I came in Friday to find I was 6 days late, they sold the pistol to someone else, and took the money I had deposited on the firearm. No courtesy call, email, or notification of any kind. I would think that there would be a grace period of some sort for a repeat customer. Nothing. Losing my paperwork was my fault, and I accept I was 6 days late. Superpawn lost a loyal customer, I'd almost bet an employee wanted to buy the sidearm.

BEWARE pawn shop steals gold from customers I had my 26 inch necklace gold and I went and took it out it was in perfect condition when I left it there and when I got it back the took two inches and left my chain hanging by a thread and now it’s damage and they stole from me I’m going to Corp to report this store the whole store and manager are trying to cover up and won’t allow me back in the store I am so upset u leave something there and expect to trust but I guess I was wrong they don’t want to give me no information about my chain and I was kicked out please someone help me i know they have 24 house cameras and they refuse to check the footage
