      Is this a pawn shop or a poor man’s Best Buy? I was hoping to sell a few items to recoup some losses I took from terrible ex-tenants of mine who had left them. The clerk kept finding fault with a lot of things (ex: missing darts on a dart board, a small hole in the hose of a vaccum, etc) & I just wasted a lot of time and gas coming here. I even had a Louis Vuitton umbrella that could have been worth good money but he wouldn’t even consider it. Apparently if you don’t come in with an iPad or something you couldn’t return recently at Best Buy they give you the cold shoulder 😡

      Getting told the managers here then hes not here then hes on the phone. ALL BS! Customer service to people who are paying you money shouldn't include lying to paying customers. Bad impression. Id rather be told hes here but doesnt want to come out and talk to you rather tham being treated like im an idiot and being lied to my face.
