I brought two used laptops and purchased 15 day warranty for both. One of them stopped working after a few days. When I tried to return it, the assistance mgr questioned me if I had installed an anti-virus app. I don't feel it was my obligation to do so. In the end, they refunded me. The second laptop started having issues with its speed to the point where I couldn't even open up a new web page for an extended period of time. It turns out the 2nd laptop's warrantt ran out a day ago. I asked for a store crédit to upgrade to a better laptop. I was refused. The moral of the story is, "Don't risk your money on untrustworthy used products from a pawn shop". They should have at least given me a store crédit if they were more customer friendly and professional. And the attitude was very abrasive and cold. NOT A FRIENDLY PLACE!!

This place doesn't deserve any star. Notice when you walk inn that they have nothing on the selfs This was my first time walking inn to this location & this is my first review IV ever toke the time write I hope this gets to some one in charge or district manager , just in case I will be reaching out to the district mngr my self so I'm even taking the time to do that.walk in with gold today & was told by the asst. Manager that they don't take gold so I proceeded like I didn't hear that so I suggest to verify my gold she answered & confirm that yes it's gold & then again she said we don't take gold . "what's going on here" I felt in ways I can't describe. Never ever again will I come here but I will spread the word to my community & refer you and anyone else to go anywhere else but here to this location .
