CALL AHEAD....Changed over to limited hours that they are open for business. On Monday 12/27/2021 they didnt open at all despite hours saying they are. Not quite sure whats up but wanted to all concerned this heads up! Now their website is down as well. Changing my rating to 1

What I wish to know is why is the location on Center Street in Reno, NV prices used, sometimes-working items at their brand new prices. Then most of the people who bring things in cannot get a loan because the product is not brand new. Myself amd countless other musicians have been turned away by the extreme rudeness of the lady who doesn't even speak English. Good luck buying anything at the price listed on the item. You may be charged an extra few dollars to almost $100 more.
