      It's already bad enough you can't get what you need as far as the loan amount, but to have to pay an additional $16.50 for 1 day when the pawn shop is closed on your due date is beyond me. In the future being proactive with educating your customers about such occurrences will create a better experience for the consumer. Had I known I definitely would've come a day earlier to avoid giving you guys more of my hard earned money. Thanks, but no thanks
