OUTRAGED!!!! I went to location by chance because my mom thought someone took her jewelry. I assured her it was the same Earings that family bought as a child and ones my husband purchased in Saudi Arabia. I was wearing 3 Bangle bracelets from Lebanon that a close friend had traded for me. I am 95 percent it was EVELYN who checked my mom's earnings and I just wanted a quick weight and appraisal on my bracelets. MY LORD THIS INCOMPETENT RUDE PERSON NOT ONLY TOLD ME ALL MY STUFF WAS FAKE and was insulting me as well..I told her I've had these 18 years and have worn them the last 3 years straite..No change. She said I guess they make good FAKES. I told her this is a serious matter..That many earings and 3 bracelets and I your telling my stuff is fake. I told her double check.. She pushed it toward me in front of the trainee and said sorry and basically bye bye NOW ! The store was busy and this was in front of many people ! I LEFT CRYING! It took me almost 4 months to take them to professional jeweler. He said 100 percent 18 to 21 easy. NO WAY ANYONE COULDN'T DECLARE 14 and above..That many pieces and upset customer. She is training so she presented herself as it stops here !! I LOST 2 PAIRS OF MY MOMS EARING BECAUSE I LET A RANDOM FRIEND CHECK THEM. THIS PLACE CAUSED ME PAIN and I didn't talk to my friend for months. My husband wasn't worried because he's 100 percent middle-eastern and he knows but he doesn't know I mishandled my mom's stuff because of this incompetent person with an attitude
