      Nancy Davis was referred to me by a few people so I was pretty hopeful this would be a good experience. I contacted the agency and was told I would get a call back from her. The following day I received a phone call from someone named Louis and we chatted for a few minutes about refi options. He promised to send me an email to follow up. This was 9 days ago and I'm still waiting. He doesn't answer his cell phone and his mailbox is full... Needless to say, I won't be referring any of my friends to her office...
