  A HUGE Thank You to Wanda Alday. I had the pleasure to work with her on my parents purchase a few years ago and she was exceptional! We now used her services again for the purchase of our new home. Wanda stepped up to the plate again holding our hands along the way and comforting us (I was nervous at times) throughout the process. She the best at what she does. Her communications is always on time with quick replies and always answers the phone calls/text. The whole process was smooth, it’s was easier than financing a car. If you need a loan in S Florida don’t hesitate to call Wanda! You will be led in the right direction and you will thank me later.. Thanks Wanda for everything..... !!!

  If you are looking for a good lender who is willing to go the extra mile then skip this place. I spoke to a lender who seemed to be all in until I mentioned I was interested in a grant. I am a first time homebuyer and right now despite COVID there are plenty of grants available at this time so why not do it. I was told to go ahead and apply which I did the same day my credit was pulled the following day but yet I have not heard back from the lender. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding the approval and have not received one response yet. I highly doubt my credit score was the issue because it is a pretty decent score and I have been approved with two other lenders but was shopping for a third. It’s seems like when a lender hears a person wants to use downpayment assistance or a grant they show no interest I assume due to the extra paperwork how about just giving the courtesy and respecting a persons time by telling them you rather not participate upfront. Luckily for me I have found a new lender and was pre approved with 2 hours. My advice when searching for a lender is to ask them if they do dpa before they pull your credit and waste your time.

  We had to do a fast close over the holiday season and Supreme Lending, Specifically Cari and Britt were incredibly thorough as well as efficient, not to mention got us a great rate. This is our second time calling on Britt Maxon from Supreme lending and always a pleasure.
