      We fell in love with a home, opened escrow, began the loan process with our well known commercial bank just to be told 2 weeks into the 4 week escrow process that they couldn’t process our loan. Mind you that we have banked there for over 20 years so we were thoroughly disappointed. We were on vacation when we received the news and didn’t know what to do when my sister and brother in law suggested contacting Eddie. He had refinanced their house and worked with other close family friends in the past and came very highly recommended. Eddie didn’t let us down!! He worked very hard to ensure that we were able to buy our dream home. Many calls and lots of paperwork later we were secured a loan at a great interest rate due to Eddie’s perseverance. We would highly recommend Eddie to anyone who is looking for a partner in the lending process and someone who will keep you apprised throughout the process!! Thank you Eddie!!!
