      Surety bank is the only truly locally owned bank in our community, and it shows. Ryan and his entire staff are always available to take care of what their clients need. Everyone I personally know who was able to get a PPP loan came thru Surety Bank. Everyone at the bank is so friendly and you definitely feel like they know you personally and will do everything they can to serve your banking needs. There is no corporate maze to go thru, if you need a loan, or want an answer, the decision makers are right there, not in some other state or otherwise inaccessible. It is a great bank!

      Don’t seem to respond to emails. Especially Drew. Terrible customer service. Not sure how one keeps a job without even a simple response. Take my business elsewhere.
