      - Unpleasant, to say the least. Buying your first home is supposed to be an exciting and enjoyable experience. Surfside Title Inc. seemed to enjoy ruining it for my wife and I. Every step of the way they seemed to be more interested in showing how smart they were, instead of working with someone who has never been through the process before. We felt rushed, and were met with an annoyed response every time we asked a simple question. Crim was a "real peach" to deal with through the whole information gathering process. BTW: There are only 3 spaces and one handicapped spot in the parking lot which are always filled with employee's vehicles (Because I've never seen anyone else in the place (Which by the way is like some stinky grandmas house)). So, if more than one person is coming to the closing, be sure to carpool :0?! I would not recommend this place tom anyone. I'll be taking my business elsewhere next time.

      Rude!!! Said my client was being stupid for wanting paperwork filled out the proper way and in his correct name. Then when I asked for them to overnight his paperwork, She said that was pointless and I could do it myself. I’ve never had a title company speak to me about my client that way. Luckily the buyers were not at the closing because I’m sure they would’ve been appalled.
