Sue Ferguson is such a blessing!! My husband and I were dealing with an unusual home purchase and we were being terribly neglected and misinformed by a loan officer. In desperation, I reached out to our Escrow manager and Sue was referred to us. Oh My Goodness!!! She has been amazing since our first conversation! She, not only got our loan approved very quickly but she did exactly what we were being told couldn't be done. She has educated me so much and has NEVER made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Sue has bent over backwards to keep us educated in future decisions and constantly offering advice on any financial decisions we need to make. She is genuine and so very kind!
