      I am quite flabbergasted. Besides the already heinous reviews this company has, I called to verify a check that I received in the mail that I believe to be a fraudulent check. Well, I call the bank and at the end of their automated message they note something along the lines of, “We do not verify checks due to client confidentiality.” I’m sorry but I call BS. I would stay far far away from this fraudulent company as they are clearly involved.

      Terrible new customer engagement. The bank needs to improve on customer service! Not sure why I still consider this bank. I tried to connect with a banker to open a new account and submitted their required form online twice. No one contacted me or emailed me. Finally I decided to walk in the bank, the receptionist said i still couldn't talk to a banker, "they will call you!" She said. I have been waiting for the call for 3 weeks!
