I walked into the store with my 2 children and wasn’t greeted properly. The staff came off very rude actually left me standing in the middle of the store waiting for someone to ask me “Can I help you with something”. One staff had his feet kicked up and was sitting behind a desk. The other staff was going through boxes. Bad service overall. As I can remember the staff said to me “The laptop is worthless without its charger it’s just a place to put your coffee on”. I wouldn’t suggest going here to sale their personal items. It’s not about the money, consideration and costumer could’ve been better.

guy said he doesn't buy Ibanez guitars unless their 1,000 dollars...yet I bought an Ibanez for 200.

Hi, I think you misunderstood what I was saying in reference to Ibanez guitars. While Ibanez is a great guitar maker, they make many different models. Some are beginner models selling at lower very reasonable cost working up to models that sell for many thousands. Unfortunately, yours was a student model that we do not buy as we do not have a student customer base, we have a hard time selling them. We are in the business of buying and selling guitars and consider every single one that walks in, but, we can't buy them all. I'm sorry you were disappointed.
