Buying a house is stressful for a multitude of reasons, and while I expected the mortgage process to be the most difficult, they actually made it the easiest! We worked most directly with Jacob at Chad's office, and I would gladly refer him to everyone I know. Acknowledging our position as first time homebuyers, Jacob always made sure to thoroughly break everything down for us. They had the best rates BY FAR, and even after we had signed and agreed to a rate, he contacted us a couple weeks later telling us he had found a better one!! When Jacob was out of town, Chad made time at 7:00 pm on a Friday which is when our scheduled allowed (when I'm sure he had better things to do and time to spend with his family) and talked to us for 45 minutes, going step-by-step through the entire mortgage process. I cannot say enough kind things about the way they run their operations and I am also thrilled we could go with a local company. Highly recommend!
