Mr. Taylor Id# 258177 is by far the most unprofessional and unsupportive customer service representative I have dealt with. He showed zero respect while responding to my needs. He should definitely leave the position. SWBC should listen to our conversation record and I guarantee that the company will be ashamed of the treatment their customers receive. I will do anything in my power to escalate this situation. No one should be treated the way this person did. The arrogance and hostile tone he use to talk to us is unreasonable and intimidating from a company representative. I am opening a formal complaint to BBB. He will be the reason why I am leaving SWBC.
