      Everything was fine until after closing when we began to receive high volumes of spam both through mail and then email. As if the cost of the loan, interest, and all associated fees is insufficient in profit.

      antiquated technology. poor online presence & support. You get bombarded with junkmail after your loan closes b/c they want to sell you more stuff and getting access to your information online requires you to remember or get access to your loan number...seriously...who the heck knows their mortgage loan number? The live chat...LOL...it's not even a chat bot. SMH NEVER get your mortgage here unless you hate the internet.
