      Steve and his staff have always worked very hard for me and my friends.

      Not certain if they started to take on too many clients or what. The last 2 years have been HORRIBLE! Very nice people when speaking to them. However they are very unprofessional when it comes to scheduling. FREQUENTLY missed appointments and you end up having to call THEM to see what happened! Refered friends who are experiencing the same things. This year we are taking bets whether they will call late or not at ALL! If they actually get around to your taxes they do good work. This is why I give 2 stars instead of 1! Definitely going elsewhere next year
