      I cannot say enough great things about Sylvia. I only have positive things to say. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She kept us up to date with what was going on, and even though some days we got very annoying (🤣) she never once was rude or impatient. It was our first time buying a home so the process was new to my wife and I. She was very thorough in explaining everything and very patient in helping us understand everything related to the home loan that was like a foreign language to us. I would HIGHLY recommend Sylvia to anyone, and already have done so to many of my friends and family. She made the process smooth and painless, and truly went out of her way to do everything in a timely manner. Her assistant, Edyta, is wonderful as well! When Sylvia was busy with another client, Edyta kept us up to date and was very informed with everything going on in our process.       When we began the process of home buying, a family friend recommend Sylvia Maciorowska to us, and not without a reason! From the beginning, Sylvia has been amazing. She walked us through the initial stages of pre approval, and saw the entire process through. We have hit a few major bumps on the road, with the laws changing among other things. Without Sylvia, it would have never been possible to buy a house. She’s extremely knowledgeable, keeps us with the changes in different laws and requirements. To her there is not a question of whether something can be done, but how it can be done. And she always gets it done. If she says she’s going to get it, please believe, she will, and she did. We are now first time homeowners and our daughter finally has a back yard to play in. I would highly recommend Sylvia to anyone who’s considering or even still dreaming of purchasing a home, as were we. She made our dream come true and for that, we will forever be grateful !!!
