      Ben boasted about himself and implied going through him would be an easy process compared to another lender. I know it could be said that I would have encountered the same opposition with said company, but I blame Ben for his lack of transparency in the beginning stages of the application process. His arrogance made it seem like there would be no snags and I truly believe if it wasn't for Racee my loan wouldn't have funded. I give 3 stars because of HER, since Ben rarely had any communication with me at all and was only a figurehead.

      Hi Ryan, thanks for taking the time to review. Racee is awesome, and I am lucky to have her. I think many lending institutions would not have funded your loan to be honest. VA has requirements for borrowers who have been out if work or unemploymed for long period of time and not been back on their current employment for 1 year. We were able to get an exception from the VA since you had only been employed for 4-5 months following a large employment gap. I understand it was draining helping us get the past WVOE so we could have a 2 year work history. Again, thanks for your feedback, and we are happy you are in your home. Congrats!
