      We have Banked with Synovus for over 12 years and it has been nothing but complements to the staff. I don't typically write reviews but felt like It was overdue. My experience is the complete opposite of the other reviews on this page. Thanks to Daniel and Hedi for a job well done!

      This company was an absolute nightmare to be associated with. Simply put, they made the purchasing of my first home a regretful and stressful experience. I started collecting paperwork in August of 2015, closed on the home in December of 2015 and was asked for documents (EVERY MONTH) up until May of 2016 because they did not properly process the loan at funding. USE ANY OTHER BANK FOR YOUR MORTGAGE NEEDS OTHER THAN SYNOVUS!!!!

      Horrible customer service, when asked a question about banking or my account only the "branch manager" can help you. Sherri the Branch manager will not return any calls, or when I call she seems to always "out of the office" or on a "conference call" This branch and bank in general is Horrible for business customers. They don't return phone calls, they pawn EVERYTHING off on the manager, who then return doesn't do anything to help you. If they have personal grudge against you they purposely will hold YOUR money hostage. I have multiple business accounts for my other companies that do not do the things they do.
