      The customer service kind of lacks here, went once and never showed back up. They said they have a coin shortage but other banks in sumter get 10 boxes of coins, wells Fargo near this bank is 100x better

      Im not sure of what changes are occurring at Synovus banks. I have banked with them for several years now. I chose to bank with them due to customer service. I have done business ar several branches over that time and it seemed that the culture of great service was carried across the company. In the past six months the service and attitude of the staff has gone in a sad direction. It is a bother to them to do business. I hope that someone decides to change this soon.
