      I went to this bank 2 weeks ago to get some cash from my loan account. Three ladies in the bank could not help me with it. They said they would call me once they knew how to do it (the one in charge of it “was on vacation”). I am still waiting for them to call me…….

      This bank is HORRIBLE when it comes to security of their customers! My account got compromised of $1820 due to fraudulent activity! Not once did this bank call or text me to see if these transactions were authorized! I found out on my own after looking at my account! I spoke with Dianelly 3x on trying to get this investigation started so I can get my money back and not ONCE has she helped me start the process because each time she told me” the funds are pending, call visa” she says it’ll take 30 days until I get my money back! Why should I call visa when my money is with YOUR bank! This is the worst bank ever! Dianelly does NOT need to be working in the customer service field because her way of helping customers is HORRIBLE!!! I wish I could give -0 stars to this bank and the employees!
