      Wow! Great experience opening my account. Walked in and was greeted with a hello from the teller as soon as I entered. The VP saw me waiting and introduced himself and asked if he could help. We ended up in his office having a great chat about mutual friends and in no time I was with the customer service rep setting up my account. The account setup went great and there was no pressure to upsell anything. All I can say is that it was personal banking at its best. How refreshing!

      This one of the worst voice mail systems in the world!!!!!!!!!!! Whatever happened to posting the numbers for the branches? What a pain in the as to get to talk to a real problem. Synovus customer service keeps getting worse.
