      Not too nice at this location on Saturdays. All attitude if you ask a question about anything. I was on hold for 40 minutes trying to order a new card. I went in the branch on Friday..on Buena Vista road and it was only one lady to assist me. I had been waiting 30 minutes..while she never looked up nevrg said one minute mam...or never called for anyone else to assist..I am not impressed with Synovus at all. I've only been banking with them for a little over 30 days. It's a hassle to get anything..even a card limit increase. I will still with USAA, Navy Federal, or Kinetic anyway. The customer service inside the branch and over the phone is so much better.

      The Hispanic woman thats a account specialist who sits behind the glass doors on the left when you first walk in on the Victory Drive location wasn't very concerned about helping me open up a second checking account. she was more interested in my business plans like this any of her business she needs to get a life and learn how to do her job
