      The worst customer service EVER. I requested copies of bank records on Sept 13th..... which by the way they charge $5 per page for and even after numerous phone calls and trips to the local branch I still do not have for the upcoming tax audit that we have postponed twice trying to give the bank time to correct their mistake to no avail. My advice use a different bank. Run dont walk away. We are in the process of moving all of our accounts to a locally owned and operated bank with much more personable customer service that doesn't have a computer that answers the phone and is much more pleasant to use.
