      Twice,. not once, but twice I went through the drive through of this location and got money either from a check or from my account as I do every week. I got more than a thousand dollars. Two times (two different cashiers) held out $100.00. I called them on it both times. Both times they tried to say I had gotten my complete change. Both times, after raising a ruckus, I got ALL my money. Both time they claimed a mistake was made. MAKE them count your money in front of you when they give it to you. There is no doubt that this was not an accident. Both of these women did not think I would count my money before I left. I did. Good thing too.

      This isn’t about this branch as much as Synovus. Bought out Bank of Tuscaloosa and quickly lost any hint of personal service. The phone number now listed is the connection to “Customer Care”. Don’t bother calling. Makes ATT seem great.

      Out of all locations I wouldn't go to this location if they paid me...the worst attitudes in the world...the branch manager is the worst she cruel, rude and a Mrs. Know it all...i can't believe a company like this have employees like this there
