      This has been one of the worst banking experience in my life. While the staff at this location is SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. This company as a whole has been a horrible experience. My direct deposit has yet to arrive, now there 1888 number said I called the wrong number and they wanted me to call someone else When the sticker on the card said specifically to call that number. The app never works so I have no clue what my account balance is because they said my card has not been registered. There customer support that I have called three times in three days is always dealing with high call volume. It's literally 3:30 in the morning I believe there may be 1 or 2 people that is calling in but to have 1 hour and 20 minute wait time to speak with somebody is ridiculous. In my honest opinion if you have a paycheck do not do their direct deposit. It would be better to just go in and pay the percentage fee to cash it in person. The customer service is deplorable. Yet if you go inside the bank again they're super nice and friendly.
