      TC was excellent to work with. I have never worked with a mortgage broker that was more detailed, informative, and detail oriented. He explained every step of the process. He always answered every question I had. He even ran the numbers for each house I went to look view. I knew what the estimated payment would be before I ever stepped foot in the property. I highly recommend him for your financing needs!!

      My case was probably one of the most difficult that this amazing man has had and He was able to get everything done amazingly well. Each time we thought we were done, something else kept popping up on us but with patience and perseverance and an FANTASTIC lender like TC he was able to get everything approved and we will now be in our dream home before Thanksgiving what better way to give thanks. ❤ Thank you TC for being an outstanding human being and a tremendous lender.
