  I have been with T&I for a little over 2 years now and am nothing but pleased! Kathy and her staff continue to amaze us even to this day! T&I has helped my family tremendously by helping us reach financial goals and financial freedom. I also love that banking and conversations can be 100% electronic and receive the same, great service as if I was talking to a banker in person. I highly recommend T&I to all of my friends and family ☺️

  Amazing! I called the morning I was scheduled to pick up my new truck from the dealer to rate shop! Not only did they beat the dealers rate and all their credit lenders they use, they quickly approved me and I met them and got my check all within 4hrs of my phone call. Gretchen and Kyle where outstanding! Highly highly highly suggest using this family oriented, community serving credit union!! Literally beat out 7 different banks, credit unions and GMC financing . Thank you so much !

  From beginning to end, Gretchen H. made my experience informative and seamless. I initiated my contact with T&I because of the many google reviews I noticed while looking for the best place to consolidate my debt. Like many during these cumbersome times attempting to minimize my monthly obligations. Gretchen was in contact with me the very next day and explored the different ways T&I could help me. This was refreshing because the level of service that I received was better than that of my main bank of choice. I was informed that I was approved and saved thousands in interest by trusting T&I. This is truly a financial relationship that I look forward to growing with. In closing, when it was time to actually close on my loan, I was greeted promptly to warm and friendly staff. Gretchen matched her level of phone skills with an even better level of service, educating and motivating me that I could in fact reach my financial goals advising how to do just that.
