  Honestly the worst experience of my life. Directions were not followed even with specific emails that stated all of the correct information that is needed for a tag renewal. Failed to use correct information and renewed a tag for someone who is not registered for the vehicle. When following up, was given the run around and blamed everyone except to owning up and just taking care of the problem. Was told to resend the emails that showed the information we mailed as if we lied about sending over the correct information, and unfortunately they were in the wrong as emails/messages showed that what we provided was correct they just failed to double check as it is there job, these are people's car tags and registrations, which is very sensitive information, you'd would think that it would be in their best interest to follow directions and read carefully before making such a huge mistake. Was lied to and said the DMV made the mistake, but how if the woman who goes in person to the DMV hands over to them the information that's needed. We asked and stated for a 1yr renewal and got a renewal for less then 3months and paid $100. The service was not provided so we asked for refund and was told to come into the store which we did were it appeared they pretended to take my card information to reimburse me but it's now been since May 25th and I have yet to receive my refund for the failed services. I called to follow up and again given the run around about my refund that this company failed to do, was told the lady in charge was on vacation then when I said I spoke and saw the manager who stated I'd receive my refund. If I was able to go to the DMV myself then I wouldn't have used this service thinking it would be efficient in the end. WRONG!!!

  This has to be the most disfunctional and unorganized auto tag agency that I have ever attempted to do business with. The owner, Mike, is a brilliant con artist, who uses his gift of gab to run interference on his total lack of common sense and complete incompetence. He loves to place the blame on everyone else and at the end of the day, you are left empty handed and disappointed. Stay away from this business at all costs, they will do their best to ruin everything.
