      I have been with this credit union over 10 and they are always messing something up with your personal information or account. The staff on appleyard is horrible especially Jordan Jones. If you need to speak to someone over the phone you will need to call at least 30 times and leave a message. Management upholds bad customer service too. I would NOT recommend doing business here at all.

      Nobody will answer the phone at any location....and yes, I've been trying periodically throughout the day for 2 days... and no, I didn't leave a message. I've left message before and when the call-back comes, I'm busy working and can't answered. I'M THE CUSTOMER and all I needed is my monthly payment coupons mailed,,, initially, Janet P. at the Crawfordville location said she would mail 3 weeks ago. When I didn't receive, I called and emailed Janet with no response or reply. Now, over a 2 day period, I've been calling to request my payment coupons and no one will answer the phone at any of the 3 locations... UNBELIEVABLE!! Today, I will drive 20 miles one-way, go thru the drive-in window since the lobby is still closed and get my payment coupons. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
