I recently opened an account at the Tampa Airport Location. These ladies are great! Extremely customer oriented and just excellent customer service. Super friendly team I would recommend this location.

Friendly when I walked in to set up an account with them and also wanted to lower my car payments and refinance with them. I don't know where or how they get their credit information on me but its all wrong. I have 1 car loan they said I had 2 the second one was from my older car that's paid off from 2 years ago and they also wanted to higher my car payment wouldn't even give me a choice of a 7 or 10 year loan. Guess they are just out for the money...

Thank you Kevin for your feedback. At Tampa Postal one of our main goals is to better our memberships financial position. Unfortunately, the Federal Reserve has raised rates over the past few months which affects every financial organization and ultimately affects the membership. In regard to credit reports, we use Experian and Trans Union which are two of the most commonly used sources for credit review within the financial industry. The information provided in the credit report is based on other financial institutions which we cannot control as they are responsible for how often they update their information. This matter has been brought to the Loan Manager’s attention who will be reaching out to you to further discuss.
