      Branch Manager Jacob Pugh is amazing. Again, and again he has gone out of his way to take care of us as customers. Jacob has problem solved with us through several events that required a Banker's expertise. We trust TAPCO and specifically Jacob with ALL our banking needs. Great customer service is hard to find these days, thanks again.

      Erin is a literal Rockstar! She is one of the kindest most genuine people I've experienced in banking. I met her once and we had the usual small talk while she processed my request, and I come back a few weeks later and she remembered me! She has a way of making you feel like a genuine human being. I was so surprised when I walked in and she knew who I was after only meeting me once, a few weeks ago. I'm actually in my car writing this review in their parking lot because she deserves all the praise!! Thank you Erin!
