Response to your comment below: I have been emailing you since Thursday with no response. I now have both vehicles listed on my policy. How can you make this right if you do not respond to my emails? I'm unable to call while I'm at work. I traded my vehicle in late last year. Requested John to update my auto insurance with my new vehicle in December 2021. Received a policy renewal email in June for no old vehicle that I no longer owned. When brought to John's attention, he assured me it was correct, then had a new policy for the correct vehicle sent to me that showed it was addressed 6/29/2022, then I was charged the full 6 months. Now I have received another charge. John claims he didn't know I was to be charged and hasn't responded to me in days. I understand there's a holiday in two days, but I'm with $800 that I need to pay other bills. Do not recommend this company as there is no transparency or proper followup. Highly disappointed and trying to figure out how to pay my mortgage.

Hi Kendall, We will gladly pay any nsf fees you may incur. Your policy was set to renew on 7-1 which was the reason for the $500… charge. We take full responsibility as we were unaware that making an update to your vehicle would charge you an extra $200 immediately. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and we will make this right.
