  Tax Defense did a good job settling with the IRS the only complaint I have is the lack of communication. Could have updated me more often. Thanks for helping me resolve my tax issues God Bless

  Very bad experience with this place!!! When I first called them I spoke with Joshua Austin and he reassured me over and over that they would be able to help me talk to the irs on my behalf to remove my penalties and get me an affordable payment plan but after I payed my fee I couldn’t get through to him again!!! He promised that if they couldn’t help me I would be able to get my money back but I can’t get through to him so now I had to end up paying tax defense for their service but all they did was set up a payment plan with my original tax bill that I could’ve done it myself on the irs website!!! My tax analysis was not able to help me reduce my tax bill!!! Do not ever believe anyone at tax defense!!! Now I have to pay my original tax bill and pay tax defense!!!!
