      They have a Clean, professional office you walk in and it actually looks like a tax office. They give you documents to fill out that explain everything and how they price your return. Best part they gave me a copy of my return right away not like other places I’ve been to.

      I visited this office last week after calling around and trying to find the most professional company in the city I choose them. They knew everything about taxes answered all my questions and made sure I got all the credits I earned. After having my taxes messed up the last 2 years , paying them a little extra was worth it.

      I would give this place zero if I could. They charged me $700+ for a simple tax return. They lied about how much they charged me initially. Then they give you a form with the amounts you get “after the fee” without telling you what the fee is. Unprofessional and just terrible. They offer a referral bonus, I damn near would pay people not to go here smh..
