      The accountants here are great. However, their (weekend) administrative staff is ghetto and unprofessional. There is a level of customer service that should be standard for all businesses. I shouldn't have to wait for the secretary/front desk associate to finish her personal phone call with t-mobile/boost to be assisted. I shouldn't have to deal with a bad attitude for whatever reason. Leave your personal life at home when you come to work. It's unprofessional. PERIOD. Just because you work in a neighborhood that isn't surrounded by professional businesses, doesn't mean you shouldn't have to be professional. The Bronx and it's residents deserve to have respectful professionals serving their area. Get it together or hire people who actually take their job seriously.
