      Melissa is amazing she is extremely knowledgeable and I was able to ask her questions for both personal and business taxes I would definitely recommend using the shop they are amazing!

      After filing taxes for multiple years with Tax shop and getting a letter from IRS for missing some information - which i paid. I received the same letter again.. on trying to reach out to Tax Shop they were not responsive at all. I was very surprised by their behavior; i understand this is a peak period for all tax consultants - but having worked with them for a few years I would have thought they would be willing to spend 5 mins on the phone Adding comment on 7/2/2022- Tax shop called and addressed the issue hence revising my feedback. My intention is not to harm small businesses .. hence changing this review since they did work to address the issue at a later time.

      I've used them for 25 years. Steve Schlief is very good at what he does. They have good hours, and they always answer my questions when I call them for tax answers and guidance. Thank you.
