I agree this is the worst bank in La Junta. My mother has been a customer for over 30 years. Recently she had cash cards and checks stolen. Checks from TBK. This bank was not helpful at all, giving her bad advice and charging fees every step of the way. The bad news kept coming with a diagnosis of cancer and enrollment in a hospice. Mom wanted to add one of her children to her accounts. Again the poor customer service demanded that my ill mother must be physically in the bank to accomplish this task. Today, two of her children got her out of bed, wheelchair and oxygen in tow. She closed her checking, savings and took a penalty for cashing in a CD just so she doesn’t have to go back in this bank. I advise everyone to consider the same.

Was not very happy with service after being a customer for years. Branch manager was very rude and hateful and told me to step back because there were other customers while I was waiting for my receipt from my deposit. If I banked in LaJunta I would pull my money out right away.

I tried to have money wired.... they stated that they need various additional information in order to send it. I call the recieving bank...all TBK had to do was look up the ABA number on line. I returned to my bank and had someone else help me... finally was sent. And....while waiting for the transfer paperwork I had to listen to the bank teller's boss ridicule the teller on her job performance. I've been a supervisor for many years. Take that conversation elsewhere...in private. Can't stand my bank!
