This is an amazing branch of the TCF family... Pat- who is always eager to help and adds sunshine to every day is always so delightful to see.. Zack is new to this branch .. and will always make sure all your needs are taken care of ... it’s a little bit of a drive for me.. but I make it to come and see these two delightful people when I get the opportunity .. Thanks guys for making banking enjoyable ..

Not specifically the beach but the Mobile deposite I was unsatisfied, I will never use this option again and I am now in the hassle of finding a new bank.

The branch supervisor Jamie was rude and condescending. She implied I was a thief and a counterfeiter, scrutinizing my drivers license, the small $50 check I was trying to cash and my check guarantee card. Not once did she even attempt to review my accounts. Then refused any and all service to me after I requested to speak to a manager. I have had an account with TCF for 7 years and dealt with several other branches.
