      I was paying on my auto loan online, but switched today to paying in-person. I never normally write reviews, but the staff here were very friendly, helpful, and professional. Benjamin let me know that if I used my bank card to pay, there would probably be a percentage fee and I was able to save money by making the payment in cash. He probably saved me a very dumb $100 today. Highly recommended; I would send my grandma here.

      The drive through atm just doesn't work. Says your card is damaged and spits it out everytime I go but never have a problem at any other TCU location.

      I needed some information on checks we had deposited a month ago. Within a couple of hours, a staff member had tracked down the checks and sent me a PDF scan of them. It was very helpful!
