      This branch has always been very friendly and helpful. I opened my Teacher's account almost 35 years ago. In that time, I have moved to 4 different states and I still use Teacher's Credit Union. I currently live near Ann Arbor, Michigan and I still drive the 200+ miles to bank at this branch when I need to do something I can not do with the internet or telephone. I feel sorry for the people who have had a bad experience because, Teacher's is a great place to conduct financial matters. They need to give this branch another chance. Teacher's Credit Union is worth the effort.

      The people working here are grossly incompetent, incredibly rude, and unfamiliar with their own company's policies. One employee screwed up our account 3 times in a single day and never once apologized. We've had multiple bad banking experience here to the point that we went to Centier for our mortgage approval rather than TCU. Driving 30 miles out of your way is better than visiting this location.

      The people working at this branch are consistently rude and unhelpful. Every time I go there to cash a government check there is a new hoop to jump through and they have no interest in making it any easier for me. I would rather drive to Michigan City or Valpo than deal with these people.
