Tellers are friendly. But I honestly dont know what they are doing when they're working the drive thru. It will be slow and there will be no cars at all and they take forever. Some of us are on our lunch breaks and we dont have all day. I'm sorry if this sounds rude but its frustrating

Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever used. Not sure if it was the transition from new buffalo savings or if tcu is just normally a terrible bank to use. Never get your money when you’re supposed to because there is rarely anyone to talk to when some anomaly occurs and your money is suspended in cyber world somewhere because they are closed or no one is there. Avoid banking with this institution to avoid recurring technical issues with receiving your funds.

But we always strive to be available to our members when there's a problem. Our branch hours are consistent with other financial institutions, our lobbies are now fully open (with mask and social distancing protocols in place) and our Member Services team is available via online chat and by phone at (800) 552-4745 from 7 am to 7 pm weekdays and 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.
