Went to start a savings account got Attitude as soon as I walked in the door now I understand why they get so many bad reviews I don’t think I’ll be putting my money in this bank😡

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here today for the first time and went thru drive thru, once I sent tube to teller, there was a bit of a wait. I kept looking, looking, and finally a lady speaks. I had to go inside because I'm a Navy Federal member. Ok get inside no other customers but me, still trying to figure out why the long wait outside? 2 tellers, one on phone, the other sign up next window, oh yeah 1 security guard on his phone sitting down next to teller, who's on the phone There is no sense of urgency at this establishment. I've never seen customer service representatives this terrible. I felt as if I was infringing on their time. Once I got inside I only interacted with the security guard, and he wasn't to friendly either. Plan on never doing business here again. Debbie downers work here, nothing but gloom and doom.
