  My first couple of months being with TCU was kind of iffy for me because there was a lot I didn't understand, but Zack has made my experience beyond awesome! He's always in a good mood and always willing to help🤘🏾🤘🏾 thank you for my making my experience amazing!

  I have been very impressed with TCU. They've always met me where I'm at and were very accommodating when I talked with them about using my card for international travel. I've gotten loans from them, had overdraft fees waived when I was struggling, and have experienced nothing but kindness from their employees. I wouldn't want to bank with anyone else!

  Do not get a loan from TCU. They want your money, but delight in preventing you from giving it to them. Is there any other financial institution that will not allow auto payments to be set up online? Mutual Bank had me auto paying for things over 6 years ago! But, even if you come into the branch to set up auto pay. It will be a waste of time. They can't do it with your debit card! They expect you to carry around a check book! As an all they will suggest that you could pay with a check (?!) or cash at the ATM! I've got all my bills on auto pay except for this one. Why is TCU so far behind?

  Good morning, Melody. My apologies for not responding sooner, but I wanted to do some research on your concerns before responding. Typically, automatic payments are set up through the member's online banking portal. Automatic transfers from checking can be set up fairly easily. If the funds are coming from an outside account, there is the added step of contacting that institution and setting up a transfer to your TCU account, but the method for making the automatic payments is the same. I apologize if the method for setting up automatic payments was not communicated as well as it should have been.
